A dynamic leader of our team, Ms. Sarosh Diwan extolls the importance of intelligence, curiosity, discipline, and character. She cherishes individual differences and individual talent. Mrs. Diwan holds a master’s degree in business - Management Information Systems. She also has Certification in School Leadership and Management and Certification in Teaching English as a Foreign Language.

Zeenish Iftikhar

Middle School Math Head Teacher

Ms. Zeenish Iftikhar fascinates her middle and high school students with her avidity and understanding of math and physics. She has been helping the students at Baitul Hikmah Academy for past year. As a volunteer, Mrs Iftikhar is very committed to helping the students in need. She is nearing her completion of Ph.D. in mathematics.

Asra Khan

Language Arts Head Teacher

Ms. Asra Khan provides an in-depth study of language arts to our 8th grade and high school girls. She also provides some instruction to students in Social Studies. She joined Baitul Hikmah Academy in September 2020. Blessed with teaching gifts, she holds a master’s degree in curriculum and Instruction with an ESL endorsement.

Naeem Ashfaq

Islamic Studies & Quran

Dr. Naeem Ashfaq is a senior faculty member of theology and religious studies. As a graduate of Dars-e-Nizami, he imparts his extensive knowledge through classes with our high school students. He holds a Ph.D. in Islamic Management and Leadership form Malaysia.

Asma Meher

Middle School Science Head Teacher

Ms. Asma Meher is a devotedly passionate middle school teacher who is a paragon of dedication and hard work. She joined Baitul Hikmah Academy in April 2019. She holds a bachelor’s degree in pharmacy and science specializing in microbiology, chemistry, and biochemistry.

Ahmed Abdul Ghani

World Languages Head Teacher & Islamic Studies

Mawlana Ahmed Abdul Ghani is a language arts and Islamic studies teacher to our middle school students. With an aptitude for world languages and fluency in more than ten, he instructs high school girls in Arabic and Turkish. He is a graduate of Dars-e-Nizami and holds a master’s degree in philosophy and Middle Eastern Studies.

John Emery

Social Studies

Mr. John Emery brings to life and excites his middle school students with social studies through his exclusive perspective of global diversity gained from his world travels and degree in global studies. He also assists in community outreach programs at our school.

Muhammad Jawad Mirza

Business Mathematics

Mr. Jawad Mirza passionately teaches Business Math and Excel to our high school girls. He is a humble teacher who is marveled at and appreciated by his students. He holds experience of more than 28 years in spreadsheet software and has taught and trained in leading universities. He has an MBA with specialization in marketing, M.Sc. in Statistics, and PGD in Management Information Systems.

Tayyaba Mahboob

Agricultural Science

Ms. Tayyaba Mahboob is an exceptional young gold medalist who teaches Agricultural Sciences. She teaches high school students the value and intricacies of this field and its effects on the globe. She holds a master’s degree in Agricultural Sciences.

Fatima Nishat

Health & Wellness

Dr. Fatima Nishat is a dedicated and warmhearted individual who teaches our high school students Health and Wellness. Her focus is naturopathy and the importance of holistic approach to health. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Greek Medicine and Surgery.

Shahid Qureshi

Entrepreneurship

Prof. Dr. Shahid Qureshi is an incredible personality who shares his extensive knowledge of entrepreneurship with our high school girls. He develops within our students, skills of leadership and critical thinking. Dr. Shahid has a Ph.D. in Entrepreneural Marketing, an MBA in general management, and an MSc in Manufacturing Systems Engineering & Management. Moreover, he is a fellow of the Babson Business School with expertise in entrepreneurship pedagogy, research, and entrepreneurial centers.

Ambreen Rasheed Khan

Entrepreneurship

Ms. Ambreen Khan is a teacher of entrepreneurship including life skills, marketing, sales, and online business. She has refined her teaching and research skills by attending workshops in Germany, Malaysia, U.A.E., and presenting her own case studies at many universities across the globe. Ms. Ambreen also completed her MBA and is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Entrepreneurial Management.

Keren Mujtaba

Ms. Keren Mujtaba is a dedicated preschool teacher who fosters a secure and welcoming learning environment in the class. She sensibly builds strong relations with her young students, promoting healthy early childhood development. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and an Ed.S. in school psychology.

Ms. Naghma Sheereen is an exemplary model of hard work and dedication for her lower elementary grade students. She joined our faculty in the fall of 2021 and holds a bachelor’s degree in finance.

Ms. Sameera Kausar Syeda creates a loving learning experience for our lower elementary students. Her kind demeanor is a pleasant experience for our young learners. Moreover, she holds a bachelor’s degree in pharmacy.

Ms. Heena Ghouse works passionately with our lower elementary students. Joining the Academy in 2017, she is dedicated to stimulating an affectionate and caring learning environment for students. Mrs. Ghouse holds a master’s degree in finance.

Hina Qazi Afzal

Ms. Hina Afzal takes up the responsibility of our early-grade students with great enthusiasm. Joining Baitul Hikmah Academy in 2021, she actively instills a happy learning environment in her class and is adored by her students. She holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce.

Iram Faraz

Assistant Teacher

Ms. Iram Faraz is an attentive and caring personality who is an assistant teacher to the diverse group of preschool students. She ensures that the young students are meeting not only their educational needs but also proper nurturing development in all aspects. Being an integral part of Baitul Hikmah Academy since its inception, she also assists in the administration department of the school.

Amina Hassan

Upper Elementary & School Nurse

Ms. Amina Hassan teaches our upper elementary students with a gentle approach. She occasionally innovates new teaching techniques to encourage student learning and interest. Ms. Hassan is also our school nurse. She holds bachelor’s degrees in both applied science and nursing.
